While we are all ready for in-person events this summer, don’t miss this chance to get together virtually with some friendly competition. Hope to see you there!
APAPA-SE will be holding its third virtual “office/happy hour” event on Wednesday, April 28th from 5 to 6 PM. Come join your fellow APAPA-SE section members for conversations about the latest planning hot topics (single-family zoning: yes or no?), spring allergies, post-pandemic travel dreams, and everything in between.
As always, attendance is free flowing; feel free to stop by for the whole hour or a few minutes.

We hope to see you on Wednesday the 28th!
We’re bringing it back! The February edition of APAPA-SE “happy office hour” was a success, so the APAPA-SE Events Committee is hosting it once again in March. Join us (virtually) from 5 PM to 6 PM on Thursday, March 25. We provide the breakout rooms on Zoom, while you provide the conversation ideas! This event is perfect for casual chats, socializing, and maybe a little planning talk…or no planning talk at all, if you so desire.
Come for a bit and stay for as long as you’d like – celebrate the beginning of spring and the hopeful end of a pandemic. While we can’t quite meet in person just yet, feel free to network and catch up with old friends virtually and safely.
Registration is required as a countermeasure against Zoom bombing. Please take a moment to sign up here: https://zoom.us/meeting/register/tJMvcOqpqj4jGtza8S5zSAhSEPjSu5v1pCtM
We hope to see you on the 25th!

Missing casual conversations with planning colleagues? Have a topic you want to discuss with others or a presentation you’d like to try with a friendly audience? Just want to network?
APAPASE is hosting an open Zoom meeting on Thursday, February 25, from 5–6 p.m. Part “office hour” and part “happy hour,” the intent is to bring section members together to talk planning, non-planning, and everything in between. It’s been too long since we’ve all seen each other, and some casual check-in time to re-establish bonds across agencies and companies is what we all need!
Attendance is free-flowing. Come for as long as you’d like, and talk about whatever may be on your mind. If enough members join us, breakout rooms will be formed to enhance discussions.
Can’t make it on 2/25? We are hoping to make this a monthly event through the end of the pandemic.
