Associate Planner
Upper Merion Township, located in King of Prussia, PA is looking for a highly motivated Associate Planner who will report directly to the Township Planner. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Township Planner in all phases of municipal planning functions, long-range planning, as well as writing zoning and land development ordinances and overseeing economic development activities under the direction of the Township Planner. The Associate Planner will have primary responsibility for maintenance and operation of the Township’s Geographic Information System (GIS).
Development Manager
Neighborhood Bike Works (NBW) is seeking a Full Time Development Manager to lead a wide-ranging fundraising strategy to support NBW’s youth programs and general operations. The Development Manager plans and implements Neighborhood Bike Works’ development strategy, working closely with the Executive Director to establish annual development goals and strategies. The Manager oversees major fundraising campaigns, communications, and grant proposals and takes the lead on two main aspects of NBW’s development operation: foundation grants and individual giving.
