JOB DESCRIPTION Summary:

The NAC Coordinator will manage the day to day activities required of Neighborhood Advisory Committee (NAC) under the standard contract with the City of Philadelphia. The Coordinator will manage, organize and implement initiatives, activities and events according to the NAC contract. The ideal candidate should have an interest in grassroots community organizing and a passion for empowering community residents. He/she will work collaboratively with other program staff to help implement the strategies outlined in PEC’s recently completed Make Your Mark! Lower Lancaster Revitalization Plan. Annual renewal occurs for this position through the City’s Office of Housing and Community Development.
