The southeast section of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Planning Association provides users access to a variety of information and resources regarding the planning profession in southeast Pennsylvania. This Web Site is provided as a service to the general public and its members, with the express condition that these users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement. If you do not accept any of these terms, you are not authorized to use the Web site.  The Southeast Section of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Planning Association reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time, without notice to you. Your continued use of this Web site following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of such new term(s).

4. upload, post, e-mail, transmit, or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;

User Submissions

2. the right to use the name and contact information that you submit in connection with such Content, if we so choose. You agree that you will not be compensated for any Content you submit to our sites unless expressly contracted in writing to do so.

Termination

You agree that the Southeast Section of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Planning Association, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof), or use of this Service, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if the Southeast Section of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Planning Association believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this Agreement. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Visitors to our Web Site are not tracked.
