Levittown: Does it Matter? Bus Tour

Levittown, PA, at nearly 75 years old, continues to be a model for modern suburban
development, with a mixed and complex legacy: innovative urban design and planning,
new technology and production, affordable housing, systemic issues of racial
discrimination and violence, and our enduring love affair with the car.
Join us on this tour which will provide an on-the-ground experience of Levittown, an
inside peak at a DIY house museum and a visit to a nearby 18 th century village,
preserved because of Levittown.
