The Nominating Committee of the APA-PA Southeast Section Council is pleased to propose the following slate of candidates to serve a two-year term from 2013-2015. However, there is still room for any other member who wants to be considered for a position on the Council.

^ Up to three total additional members may be appointed by the Council.
A Professional Planner is an individual earning a majority of their income from practicing planning or who is retired from such an occupation.
A Citizen Planner is an individual who has an interest in furthering the purposes of APA-PA but who is not a professional planner.
BUT YOU CAN STILL SERVE
However, you can still be involved! Pursuant to the bylaws of the Southeast Section, additional nominations will be accepted until April 1, 2013. Any eligible member can be placed on the ballot by the Secretary upon receipt of a petition by April 1, 2013 and signed by at least 20 Section members who are eligible to vote. YOUR e-VOTE COUNTS
The Section Council election will be held electronically this year. Please look for an e-mail with a link to your ballot in mid-April. Your vote counts!
The election will be open until April 30th. A Teller Committee has been formed to tally the votes and report back to the Section Council at its May meeting. The 2013-2015 Section Council will be announced in a future e-mail and posted to our website on or before May 25th.
Every member is encouraged to participate in the upcoming election. Please take a couple minutes to do your part to define our upcoming Council.
